Terms of Use

Welcome to Zenta. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Age Eligibility

This service is only for users aged 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate and current information and keep one account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You may not: upload or display sexual, nude, violent, or illegal content; harass, threaten, spread hate speech, or commit fraud; solicit money or engage in extortion; impersonate others; use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes; or disrupt or abuse the system.

4. Live Streaming & User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or broadcast, but grant Zenta a limited license to store and display it to operate the service. You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove content and moderate broadcasts that violate these Terms.

5. Virtual Items, Diamonds & Gifts

The app uses virtual currencies (Diamonds and Beans) and virtual gifts. Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Virtual items have no cash value and may expire or change. Creator payouts (withdrawing earned Beans) are subject to identity verification and our payout terms.

6. Premium Subscription (Auto-Renewing)

Zenta Premium is available as a recurring subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, for a period of 1, 3 or 6 months. The price is shown in the app before you buy and is charged to your store account when the purchase is confirmed.

• The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your store's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies as the payment provider; Zenta cannot process refunds for store purchases.
• Premium can also be bought with Diamonds for a fixed period without auto-renewal. Premium time bought with Diamonds is never lost when a store subscription is cancelled.
• Price changes will be communicated according to the store's rules before they apply to a renewal.

7. Payments

Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by that store under its terms. Zenta never receives or stores your card or bank details. Prices and taxes may vary by region.

8. Moderation & Safety

To keep the community safe, profile photos and live broadcasts are moderated automatically and/or manually, and violating content may be rejected or removed. Video calls may be monitored by our moderation team to detect misuse. We may warn, restrict, or ban accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using Zenta at any time and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it through the App Store / Google Play. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Zenta is not liable for indirect damages or for the conduct of other users. Always meet new people safely.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and may request your renewed consent; continued use means acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
